We can not fix everything but we can at least try very hard. You can contact our main number at (949) 361-8200 and you will be forwarded to the correct division. You can also check our Contact List for direct access to staff. If you send E-Mail to the link below please ask for a reply to confirm your complaint is being processed If your complaint regarding a Code Compliance or Building issue you may download a Building and Code Compliance Complaint Form which can be mailed back to the City. Trak-It is the Citys complaint tracking system Once a compliant is entered into Trak-It it has to be addressed so always ask for your case number. When checking up on your complaint give staff the case number. They should be able to call up the case and provide you with an update. I am not happy. I want to talk to the City Manager. You have the right to make an appointment with the City Manager who can be reached at (949) 361-8322 or E-Mail at the following link.
